Job Overview

We are hiring Sales Executives for a Life Insurance Sales process in Malad West, Mumbai. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable life insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound/inbound customer calls and generate sales.
- Explain life insurance products, perks, and features to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Eligibility

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- HSC candidates:



Minimum 2 years of relevant sales/BPO experience.
- Graduate candidates: Minimum 1 year of relevant sales/BPO experience.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Previous insurance, banking, BFSI, telesales, or BPO sales experience will be relevant.

Regional Language Requirement Candidates proficient in any of the following languages are preferred: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Odia, or Malayalam.
