About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Holiday Package Sales Executive / Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in selling holiday packages and creating customized travel itineraries.

The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements, design suitable itineraries, and convert enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and/or international holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and duration.
- Create customized day-wise itineraries based on customer requirements.
- Recommend destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel services.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers to close sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to booking confirmation.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams/vendors for package execution and booking confirmation.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and bookings.

Required Skills & Experience
- 14 years of experience in Holiday Package Sales / Travel Sales / Travel Consulting.
- Strong experience in selling holiday packages is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in itinerary creation and customization.
- Good knowledge of domestic and/or international travel destinations.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust focus on sales conversion.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Experience with travel portals/CRM systems will be an advantage.
