Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the solar industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to build customer relationships and contribute effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar products and solutions.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain solar products, benefits, pricing, and installation processes to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain solid customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall business goals.

Requirements




- Minimum 1 year of experience in the solar industry is mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Experience in a voice/calling process is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Good teamwork and a strong team spirit.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of solar products and the renewable energy industry.

What We’re Looking For A confident and enthusiastic sales professional who can communicate effectively with customers, understand their solar requirements, generate business, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
