About the role

OBEN is a premium electric motorcycle brand focused on performance, technology, and sustainable mobility. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive motorcycle sales, generate local market demand, and deliver an excellent customer experience at our Muvattupuzha dealership.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable OBEN models.
- Explain product features, EV technology, charging options, running costs, and ownership benefits.
- Conduct and manage test rides.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through local marketing activities, field visits, references, events, colleges, offices, and residential communities.
- Follow up with inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Maintain a daily follow-up schedule and update lead status.
- Convert prospects into bookings and retail sales.
- Assist customers with vehicle finance, EMI options, insurance, and registration processes.
- Coordinate with finance partners for loan approvals.
- Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation.
- Ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Track inquiries, test rides, bookings,



deliveries, and pending conversions.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in automobile, EV, retail, telecom, consumer electronics, or related sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply

Skills required

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good negotiation and closing abilities.
- Confidence in explaining technology-based products.
- Ability to use smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence (mandatory).

Salary and incentives

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Attractive monthly sales incentives.

Working hours

- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Weekly off: One day per week.

Ideal candidate The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about motorcycles and electric vehicles, enjoys interacting with customers, and is willing to actively generate sales both inside and outside the showroom. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
