GuruAi is building an AI-first learning platform for NEET UG aspirants, combining personalized learning, AI tutoring, practice, and exam preparation into one platform.

We are looking for a mission-oriented Sales Executive who can take ownership of student conversions and help us reach more NEET aspirants across India.

The Role

This is not a routine telecalling or slogging job.

We need someone who understands sales, communicates confidently, identifies genuine student needs, handles objections, and knows how to convert interested NEET aspirants into paying students.

You will work across both online and offline B2C sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert NEET UG students and parents into GuruAi subscribers.
- Handle inbound leads, online enquiries and follow-ups.
- Conduct sales through calls, WhatsApp, online meetings and other digital channels.
- Build offline sales through student interactions, local outreach, events and other relevant opportunities.
- Understand the student’s preparation needs and position GuruAi accordingly.
- Handle objections around pricing, trust, existing coaching, competitors and product value.
- Follow up intelligently and close deals rather than simply making calls.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion records.
- Take ownership of individual sales targets and continuously improve conversion rates.

- Previous EdTech, education or B2C sales experience is preferred, but proven selling ability matters more than certificates or years of experience.

Compensation

₹20,000/month fixed salary + unlimited commission.

There is no cap on your earning potential.

The stronger you perform and the more students you convert, the more you earn. We want the compensation to directly reflect your ability to sell.

7-Day Training Period

Every selected candidate will undergo a 7-day training period to understand:

- GuruAi and its NEET UG product
- Student and parent requirements
- Sales process
- Objection handling
- Product demonstrations
- Closing techniques
- CRM / lead management

After training, you are expected to independently handle leads and drive conversions.

This role is B2C sales exclusively for NEET UG.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to complete a fixed number of calls every day.
