Sales Executive – Mechanical Tools

We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with a Mechanical Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a combination of mechanical knowledge, product understanding, and strong sales skills.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, understanding their technical and tooling requirements, recommending suitable products, generating enquiries, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and potential customers to understand their mechanical, tooling, and industrial requirements.
- Promote and sell mechanical tools, hand tools, industrial tools, cutting tools and related products.
- Develop new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, benefits, and applications.
- Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up until order closure.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product availability, pricing, delivery, and technical support.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and develop repeat business from existing customers.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
- Candidates with 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial tools, engineering products, machinery, or hardware will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical tools and their industrial applications.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn new products and applications.
