Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical devices or medical consumables industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical consumables to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centre's, and healthcare professionals while developing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell the company's medical consumables within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, and medical clinics..
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for healthcare professionals.
- Regularly visit existing customers to ensure product satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely product delivery and uninterrupted supply.
- Monitor inventory requirements of key customers and assist in demand forecasting.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new product developments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Participate in conferences, CMEs, workshops, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of experience in medical field, or hospital sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in medical sales may also be considered.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
