MAGICTREE AYURVEDA PANCHKARMA HOSPITALSALES EXECUTIVE – PATIENT CONVERSION

ROLE

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive responsible for converting MagicTree's leads and enquiries into consultations, hospital visits, treatments, IPD admissions and wellness bookings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Call and respond to current and existing leads from Meta, Google, WhatsApp, referrals and campaigns.
- Understand the patient's requirement and guide them towards the right consultation or service.
- Book and confirm doctor consultations and appointments.
- Follow up consistently with interested, pending and old leads.
- Handle patient objections related to price, treatment, time, trust and decision-making.
- Convert suitable patients into Ayurvedic treatment, Panchkarma, IPD/stay and wellness programs.
- Communicate relevant services such as Panchkarma, Detox, Wellness, Yoga, Meditation, Therapies and IPD based on patient requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, appointments and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, therapists and management for a smooth patient journey.
- Reactivate old enquiries and previous campaign leads.

WHAT WE EXPECT




- Excellent Hindi/Hinglish/Punjabi communication.
- Strong listening and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Empathy with patients while maintaining a sales mindset.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, CRM and basic computer work.
- Comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.
- Previous healthcare, hospital, wellness, hospitality or tele-sales experience is an advantage.

KPIs Performance will be evaluated on:

Lead → Contact → Consultation → Visit → Treatment / IPD → Revenue

Key metrics include consultation bookings, show-up rate, treatment conversion, IPD conversion, follow-up completion and revenue generated.

SALARY + INCENTIVES

Performance Incentives: As per conversion/revenue targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
