Role Description As a Sales Executive at LET'S MOVIN, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting property presentations and site visits, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property owners. You will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, coordinate documentation, and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of transactions.

The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and achieving sales targets.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or related client-facing roles, with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process.

Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Ability to conduct property presentations and site visits, and explain real estate concepts clearly to clients.

Comfort with using CRM software, basic office tools, and maintaining organized records of leads and transactions.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Gurgaon or willingness to learn quickly.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining ethical practices.

High level of professionalism, reliability, and responsiveness, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in a real estate agency or property consulting firm is preferred but not mandatory.
