We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Healthcare Sales Executive to support business development activities through inbound and outbound calls, client meetings, hospital visits, college visits, and office visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on leads.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company's healthcare services/products.
- Schedule and attend client meetings with guidance from the senior team.
- Visit hospitals, colleges, offices, and other institutions for lead generation and business development.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, meetings, and field visits.
- Support the senior sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Handle basic client queries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Identify current business opportunities in the assigned area.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Healthcare sales experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls.
- Willingness to travel for hospital, college, and office visits.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
