Job Summary

We are looking for a Lighting Sales Executive to drive sales of lighting products, develop new customers, maintain existing client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell lighting products to customers and businesses.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.




- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Required Skills
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Basic understanding of LED lights, fixtures, decorative lighting, commercial lighting, and electrical products.
- Good convincing and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is an advantage.

Qualification 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Sales, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields will be preferred.
