Role & responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the Telecalling team to organize client site visits

- Conduct site visit at location for multiple clients

- Engage clients and communicate project details clearly including pricing, payment plans, and key advantages

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients

- Support sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update client status in the sales tracker

- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, booking formalities, and customer queries

Preferred candidate profile:

- Some experience in working on project site sales preferred

- Effective communication skills in Hindi and English

- Basic working knowledge of Real Estate

- Must be available on Sunday
