We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Intern to join our team and help us grow our business in dental materials, consumables, instruments, and dental equipment.

The intern will work directly with dentists, dental clinics, dental colleges, laboratories, and other healthcare professionals to generate leads, explain products, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into orders.

This is a hands-on sales role suitable for someone who wants to build a career in medical/dental sales, business development, or healthcare entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads from dentists, dental clinics, dental colleges, laboratories, and hospitals.
- Make daily outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with potential customers.
- Introduce and explain dental materials, instruments, equipment, and clinic setup solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Convert qualified leads into orders.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.




- Develop relationships with dentists and clinic owners.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated about dental products, brands, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, dental events, and field sales activities when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be measured through activity, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

Monthly KPIs

- Generate 200+ qualified leads
- Generate 50+ qualified enquiries
- Generate 20+ quotations
- Achieve assigned monthly sales target
- Maintain minimum 90% follow-up completion
- Maintain accurate and updated lead database
- Generate repeat orders from existing customers
- Achieve agreed lead-to-order conversion rate

Daily Reporting – Mandatory The intern must submit a Daily Sales Report (DSR) at the end of every working day. Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
