Role Description The Sales Executive role at Konax Energies is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify prospective customers, present solar solutions, and guide homeowners through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the sales system. The role also involves coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, meeting sales targets, and representing the brand at local events or customer meetings.

Qualifications





Proven experience in sales, ideally in solar, renewable energy, real estate, or other high-value consumer products.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Customer relationship management skills, including lead nurturing, follow-up discipline, and a consultative sales approach.

Basic understanding of solar energy solutions or willingness to quickly learn product and industry knowledge.

Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.

Ability to work on-site in Pune City, conduct field visits, and manage time effectively to meet individual and team targets.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.

High level of integrity, resilience, and motivation to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven clean energy company.
