We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.




- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.

What We Offer Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
