About Us

Jaipur Weaves / Govind Prints is a growing home furnishing manufacturer and supplier based in Jaipur. We supply products such as bedsheets, quilts, dohars, pillow covers, towels, and curtains to retailers across India. We are looking for an energetic field sales professional to expand our offline retail network.

Job Summary The Field Sales Executive will travel across different cities in India to meet retailers, present our product range, develop new business, and generate orders. This is a travel-intensive role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Travel extensively to assigned cities across India.
2. Visit home furnishing stores, supermarkets, and textile retailers.
3. Introduce the company's product range and build relationships with store owners and purchase managers.
4. Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail customers.
5. Present product catalogs, samples, pricing, and promotional offers.
6. Book orders and coordinate with the Jaipur office for processing.
7. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to generate repeat business.
8. Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities, pricing, and new trends.
9. Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer visit records.
10.



Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs whenever required.
11. Achieve monthly sales and new customer acquisition targets.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales (experience in textiles, home furnishing, or related industries preferred).
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Comfortable with extensive travel (approx.15 days per month).
5. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphone-based reporting.
7. Valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation

1. Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
2. Commission based on sales
3. Travel expenses reimbursed
4. Hotel and daily allowance during official travel
