Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales to join our team at Policy Ghar. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling insurance policies, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to help clients choose the best coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

- identify prospective customers and generate leads for insurance policies
- explain policy details, advantages, and terms to clients in a clear and professional manner
- rebuilds and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term association
- achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth




- provide post-sales support and assist customers with claim processes when needed
- stay updated with market trends and competitor products to offer the best solutions

Requirement:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experie nce in insurance sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and customer-oriented minds
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
