? Role: Sales / Business Development Executive

As a Sales Executive at InfiJobs, you will connect with potential clients and candidates in the US market, understand their requirements, explain our services, follow up with leads, and convert qualified prospects into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients/candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for the US market.
- Understand client requirements and explain InfiJobs services professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide a professional customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations and support teams after successful enrollment.
