Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at Sudarshan Setu Industrial Park in Kadi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of industrial plots, identifying potential industrial buyers, conducting site visits, and closing commercial property deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Find and connect with manufacturers, logistics companies, and businesses looking for industrial space.
- Site Visits: Schedule and conduct physical site visits for prospective clients at Kadi.
- Client Relationship: Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable industrial plot options.
- Deal Closure: Handle negotiations smoothly and coordinate the documentation process for property sales.
- Market Research:



Keep track of competitor activities and industrial growth trends in the Kadi region.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in any stream (Any Business/Marketing degree is a plus).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate sales, B2B sales, or Industrial Land sales.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Basic understanding of English is preferred.
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler for regular local travel and client meetings.
