As we expand our reach, we are looking for two enthusiastic Freshers to join our team as Sales Executives. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a drive to build a successful career in sales, we want to hear from you.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an entry-level position designed to train and develop fresh talent. As a Sales Executive, you will learn to identify prospective clients, present Green Power’s solar solutions, and build strong relationships with customers. No prior work experience is required—we provide full training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and reach out to prospective residential and commercial clients to generate leads.
- Learn to conduct basic energy requirement assessments and explain the benefits of switching to Green Power solar systems.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and delivering product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process to successful contract signing.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage referrals.
- Represent Green Power at local industry events, exhibitions, and field visits.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th pass
- Experience: 100% Fresher position. No prior sales experience required.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about green technology.
- Mobility: Willingness to undertake local field visits and meet clients directly.
