Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Office Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound calls, follow up with customers, develop new business opportunities, and maintain long-term customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Calling

- Make 50–80 outbound calls daily to new and existing customers.
- Introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate customer interest and convert inquiries into sales.

Sales & Business Development
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Customer Follow-up
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product availability and dispatch.

Order Management
- Record customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams.
- Update customers on order status.

Payment Follow-up
- Track pending payments.
- Send payment reminders politely.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates.

Reporting
- Submit daily sales and calling reports.




- Maintain customer database and follow-up schedules.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer handling ability
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Ability to work under sales targets

Qualification
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (or as per company policy)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
