Syndicate Innovations International Limited, part of A&N; Holding – a multinational group, is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our BPO sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate sales through effective communication and convincing skills.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Follow company sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Consistently achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in BPO Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales mindset and target orientation.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Candidates with BPO/International BPO sales experience will be preferred.

Salary & Advantages
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
