Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and expand fly ash sales in segments such as Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), builders, infrastructure projects, AAC blocks, bricks, roads, and related industries
- Achieve targeted sales volume of minimum MT per month.
- Ensure daily order planning, dispatch of vehicles, and timely unloading at customer sites
- Manage collections and outstanding payments, including quarterly ledger reconciliation
- Coordinate with back office and vendors for timely dispatches and payment releases
- Ensure accurate billing to customers and submission of vendor invoices
- Conduct regular client visits, handle quality concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather market intelligence and prepare MIS reports for Head Office
Desired Profile
- Any graduate with 2–5 years of experience in fly ash / building materials / industrial sales
- Solid network with cement, RMC, bricks, infrastructure, roads, and mining industries in Mumbai & Nagpur regions
- Good understanding of fly ash and its applications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Local candidates preferred with knowledge of regional language
