Pragati EV Motors is an authorized Electric Vehicle dealership in Guwahati, dealing in the Birla electric scooters. We're building Guwahati's trusted local EV brand and looking for an energetic sales executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Sales Executive who's comfortable both handling walk-in customers at our showroom and going out to nearby hotspots (markets, busy junctions, residential areas) for live, on-ground sales and demos.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom, explain product features, and close sales
- Conduct on-ground sales activities at nearby hotspots — live demos, test rides, and lead generation
- Follow up on enquiries via phone/WhatsApp and convert leads into showroom visits
- Maintain daily sales records and report to the owner/manager
- Build relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business
- Stay updated on Birla Spark and Quanto specifications, pricing, and EV subsidy schemes

Requirements





- 1–3 years of sales experience (two-wheeler/automobile/FMCG/field sales preferred)
- Fluent in Assamese and Hindi; basic working English
- Comfortable with both indoor (showroom) and outdoor (field/hotspot) sales work
- Two-wheeler license preferred (not mandatory)
- Confident communicator, target-driven, presentable
