N1. Sales Executive – Field Sales (Electrical Industry) —1 position

NLocation: Kolkata (Base)

NTerritory: Primarily Kolkata + regional trips across Eastern India

NExperience: 2+ years in electrical product sales (B2B / field and channel sales preferred)

NRole Overview

nWe're looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive field sales of our products — including ACCLs — to builders, panel builders, consultants, electrical contractors, and distributors.

NKey Responsibilities

n- Build and maintain solid relationships with B2B customers in the electrical ecosystem.

N- Conduct daily visits todealers, distributors, project sites, and consultants.

N- Promote products (primarily ACCLs and related electrical solutions) and generate leads.





N- Plan and execute sales strategies independently based on territory understanding.

N- Travel locally within Kolkata and make outstation trips across as required.

N- Maintain accurate visitreports and customer records.

NRequirements

n- 2+years of field sales experience in the electrical industry (must). Preferably with Building segment

N- Existing customer relationships with builders, consultants, or electrical dealers preferred.

N- Technical background preferred (not mandatory).

N- Decent command of English;

fluency in Hindi and Bengali is essential.

N- Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results.

N- Own two-wheeler is preferred (fuel allowance provided based on reporting).

N- Fixed salary based on experience

N- Target-based incentives

N- Fuel/travel reimbursement based on daily reporting

N- CTC: ~ Rs. 6 LPA. based on experience
