Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Electrical Cables Location: Pune, Maharashtra ## Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Skilled with experience in the Electrical Wires & Cables industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across industrial, infrastructure, EPC, OEM, contractor, dealer, and distributor segments. ## Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking. Manage and expand relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers. Promote electrical cables, wires, and related electrical products. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits. Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.



## Desired Candidate Profile 3–10 years of sales experience in the Electrical Wires & Cables industry. Strong network with dealers, distributors, contractors, EPC companies, or industrial customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. ## Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an advantage). ## Job Type Full-Time ## Location * Pune, Maharashtra Candidates from the Electrical Wires & Cables industry will be preferred. The company is a well-established organization with over four decades of experience in cable distribution and electrical solutions, serving industrial and infrastructure projects across India.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
