Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
- Meet potential clients and understand their workspace requirements
- Pitch and sell coworking office spaces and solutions
- Conduct site visits and presentations for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales / direct sales




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident personality with a go-getter attitude
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Basic understanding of real estate / coworking (preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
