Key Responsibilities

- Research, collect, organize, and regularly update potential customer/lead data from various sources.

- Maintain and manage the lead database, track lead status, follow-ups, responses, and ensure timely action on potential opportunities.

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce products/services, understand customer requirements, and generate qualified leads.

- Coordinate with the sales team and assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives based on territory, product, or other relevant criteria.

- Monitor assigned leads and coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper and timely follow-up until the lead reaches the next stage.

- Use platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to identify and generate potential business leads.

- Support and execute social media marketing activities to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

- Prepare creative and professional social media marketing templates, promotional creatives, posts,



and other marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.

- Assist in planning and executing digital and social media campaigns focused on generating enquiries and potential customers.

- Maintain daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads generated, leads assigned, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality, follow-up processes, and overall lead conversion.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales

- Robust lead generation and follow-up skills

- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes

- Knowledge of social media platforms and social media marketing

- Ability to create basic marketing creatives/templates using Canva or similar tools

- Good data management and organizational skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
