Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month

Commission: 20% on Every Successful Sale

Role Description We are looking for a Sales Executive who can convert company-provided leads into paying clients for our digital marketing services. You will receive leads from the company. Your responsibility will be to connect with prospects, understand their requirements, present the right services, follow up, handle objections, and close the sale.

This is a performance-driven sales role with a fixed salary plus an attractive commission structure.

For example

If you close a ₹40,000 digital marketing project:

₹40,000 × 20% = ₹8,000 commission

Your total earning for that month:

₹10,000 Fixed Salary + ₹8,000 Commission = ₹20,000

If you close multiple clients, your commission increases accordingly

Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.

Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements.

Explain our digital marketing services and packages.





Conduct sales calls and online meetings.

Handle client objections and negotiate effectively.

Follow up consistently with interested prospects.

Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the internal team for successful client onboarding.

Requirements

1+ year of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS or related services.

Valuable understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.

Strong follow-up and closing skills.

Comfortable working independently.

Has a proven ability to convert leads into paying clients.

Is confident making sales calls and handling objections.

Understands how to sell services rather than just products.

Is motivated by performance-based earnings.
