We are seeking a dynamic Salesperson with proven experience in a media house, marketing agency, or production house. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue generation.

This is a performance-driven role with earnings based on percentage commission and salary linked to performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

Client acquisition: Identify and onboard current clients from media, entertainment, and corporate sectors.

Relationship management:



Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Sales strategy: Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals.

Market expansion: Explore new opportunities for collaborations and partnerships.

Revenue growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through innovative approaches.

Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with marketing and production teams to deliver client solutions. Requirements

Prior experience in sales/business development within a media house, marketing agency, or production house.

Strong network and ability to generate leads independently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a rapid-paced environment. Compensation

Percentage-based commission on sales.
