We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, leads, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Ilampirai's services and clearly communicate the benefits to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on company services, offers, and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management team.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or a related field.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with prospective customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
