Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective customers, conduct property presentations and site visits, and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating terms, and supporting customers through the booking and documentation process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of inquiries and sales activities, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and preparing regular sales reports.

Executive is expected to build strong relationships with clients and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to meet or exceed targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of real estate or willingness to quickly learn project details, local market trends, and regulatory basics.
- Ability to manage time, handle multiple inquiries, and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Comfort with on-site customer interaction, property showings, and field work within Bengaluru South.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and digital communication platforms; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, banking, insurance, or other customer-facing sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; strong motivation and ethical conduct are essential.
