About the Role

- We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to expand our B2B customer network in the mattress industry.
- The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting our range of mattress components to mattress manufacturers across their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit mattress manufacturing companies in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Promote and sell the company's range of mattress components.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow up on payments and maintain excellent customer service.
- Track competitor activities and identify recent market opportunities.
- Submit daily Sales reports.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (experience in mattresses, furniture, foam, textiles, or allied industries will be preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets

Preferred Candidate

- Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel frequently.
- Knowledge of the mattress/ Furniture industry will be an added advantage.
- Sales, Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
