Role Description The Sales Executive role at ALF Bearings Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote the company’s range of bearing solutions to industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up on inquiries to close deals.

The Sales

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support,



while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market feedback. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, participating in trade events or customer meetings, and contributing to sales forecasts and performance reports.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales, account management, and business development within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide solution-oriented support.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical product benefits clearly.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial products; prior experience with bearings or related components is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM software, MS Office tools, and maintaining organized sales documentation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required for client meetings and market development.
