Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead and expand sales within assigned geographical zones and market segments through direct field engagement with retail, FMCG, and HoReCa customers. The ideal candidate will own the complete sales cycle — from identifying and onboarding new customers to order generation, delivery coordination, and payment collection — while also driving route efficiency, key account growth. This role plays a critical part in increasing revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving the company's overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and grow sales performance within the assigned Zone and market areas (Retail, FMCG & HoReCa)

- Identify, onboard, and develop new customers to expand market coverage and deepen key accounts

- Generate daily orders, drive promotional offers, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with high service standards





- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries

- Collect payments on schedule and enforce credit control guidelines

- Ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and proper stock rotation (FEFO)

- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, route updates, and customer visit summaries

- Analyze route and territory performance to identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency

Requirements:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG/HoReCa distribution

- Solid negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills

- Self-driven with the ability to manage a territory independently

- Two-wheeler/vehicle and valid driving license (if applicable)

- Familiarity with the local market and language(s) of the assigned zone

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
