Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Sales Engineers and Support Engineers based in Pune.

Sales

Engineers will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand technical requirements, demonstrate products, prepare proposals, and support sales operations from lead generation through post-sales follow-up.

Support

Engineers will handle technical support activities, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user training for MELSS equipment. Both roles will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues, accurate documentation of service activities, and feedback to product teams.



Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations or site visits, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical data, and recommend effective solutions.
- Technical Support capabilities to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic testing and measuring equipment.
- Effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare documentation, and coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Sales Operations strengths to manage leads, prepare quotations, support negotiations, and track sales activities.
- Customer Service orientation to build long-term relationships, respond promptly to concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with testing, measurement, or electronic equipment; familiarity with SMT and rework processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage time independently.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting tools.
