About the Company

Jumps Tronic Pvt. Ltd., a part of Jumps Group, is expanding its Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) business. We provide end-to-end EMS solutions including PCB Assembly, Box Build, Wire Harness and System Integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
- Generate leads through customer visits, exhibitions, networking and referrals.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, techno-commercial discussions and quotations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, SCM, Quality and Production teams.
- Build relationships with OEM/ODM customers.
- Follow up on prototypes, sample approvals and order closures.




- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain CRM, MIS reports and sales forecasts.
- Conduct customer presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Represent Jumps Tronic at customer meetings and exhibitions.

Requirements
- 48 years of experience in EMS/Electronics Sales & Marketing or Business Development.
- Knowledge of PCB Assembly, Box Build, Wire Harness and Electronics Manufacturing.
- Experience handling OEM/ODM customers and RFQs.
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of costing and commercial negotiations.
- Willingness to travel across PAN India.
