About Us NBR Instrumentation & Controls is a growing manufacturer of water flow meters, industrial instrumentation systems, and automation solutions. We are expanding our technical sales team to strengthen our market presence and accelerate revenue growth.

Role Overview NWe are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong instrumentation background who can understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and convert opportunities into orders. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically sound, and confident in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities N

n
- Generate and follow up on leads for flow meters, instrumentation products, and automation solutions.
N
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions.
N
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
N
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and technical discussions with clients.
N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and end users.
N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
N
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, documentation,



and after-sales support.
N

Required Qualificationsn N
- Diploma/Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
N
- 2–5 years of experiencein industrial instrumentation sales (flow meters preferred).
N
- Strong understanding offlow measurement technologies (Turbine, Vortex, Electromagnetic, Ultrasonic, etc.).
N
- Ability to read P&IDs;, technical specifications, and tender documents.
N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
N
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
N

Preferred Skillsnn
- Experience selling to OEMs, EPCs, and process industries (Water, Chemical, Pharma, Food, HVAC, etc.).
N
- Knowledge of automationsystems, PLC/SCADA basics.
N
- Existing customer network in instrumentation domain.
N
