About the Role

As a Sales Engineer (Application Specialist), you will bridge the gap between design, technical application, and sales by working closely with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and consultants. You will support projects from concept to specification, ensuring the right product solutions are recommended and converted into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Design Support

- Provide technical and aesthetic guidance on WPC/NFC products.
- Prepare application drawings, mood boards, presentations, and sample boards.
- Recommend suitable profiles based on project requirements.
- Support architects and designers with application-specific solutions.

Site Support & Pre-Sales

- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments.
- Support the sales team during technical presentations and client meetings.
- Prepare BOQs and material take-offs for quotations.

Specification Management

- Coordinate with architects and consultants for product specifications.
- Build and manage the specification pipeline.




- Collect customer feedback to support new product development.

Showroom & Sample Management

- Maintain the showroom and product display areas.
- Manage sample libraries, colour charts, and finish catalogues.
- Coordinate with R&D; and Production for custom profile requirements.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Engineering.

Experience

- 3 -5 years of experience in:
- Architectural Sales
- Technical Sales
- Building Materials
- Interior Product Specification

Preferred Experience

- WPC, Composite Decking, Cladding, Timber, Faade, or Interior Products.
- Experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Developers.
