Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer at Brand Brigade Branding.

The Sales

Engineer will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, present technical solutions, and support industrial customers through the full sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, translating technical features into business value, and responding to client inquiries with clear, actionable guidance. The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues,



and maintaining accurate documentation of client requirements and solution designs.

The Sales

Engineer will also contribute to proposals, assist in pricing discussions, and help refine sourcing and branding strategies based on technical and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to design, present, and implement solutions for industrial and international clients.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to support lead qualification, chance development, negotiations, and closing activities.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments, with an understanding of sourcing and branding in international markets, is beneficial.
- Relevant technical or engineering background (degree or equivalent experience) and proficiency with common business and collaboration tools are preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across time zones is essential.
