Visit local businesses including restaurants, cafés, shops, hospitals, schools, colleges, coaching institutes, startups, hotels, and offices.
Generate leads from college students, business owners, startups, and entrepreneurs.
Schedule online and offline meetings.
Present Webxil's IT services professionally.
Follow up with prospects until the deal is closed.
Generate clients from any valid source.

Performance Target Monthly Target: 20 New Clients Compensation
If you successfully acquire 20 or more clients in a month, you will receive a fixed salary of ₹20,000 plus applicable performance incentives.
If the monthly target of 20 clients is not achieved, compensation will be paid on a performance basis at ₹1,000 per successful client acquired.
For every successful international client, an additional ₹3,000 incentive per client will be provided.
Based on consistent performance, salary may be reviewed after 5 months, with the possibility of up to a 30% hike.
