Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to increase sales volume and revenue growth.

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch current products or services in the market.

- Analyze sales data to optimize distribution strategies and improve performance.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in channel sales, distributor sales, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in building strong relationships with distributors and driving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the electronic components/semiconductors industry landscape.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
