About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you'll generate qualified business opportunities across international markets by promoting IT Services, AI Solutions, Software Development, SaaS, and Digital Transformation Services .

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate qualified leads through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound channels.

✅ Schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

✅ Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements.

✅ Build and manage sales pipelines using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.).

✅ Perform lead nurturing and regular prospect follow-ups.

✅ Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for customer engagements.

✅ Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

✅ Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline forecasting.

✅ Stay updated with AI, Cloud, SaaS, Cyber Security, and Digital Transformation trends.

Required Skills

✔ 1+ years of experience in SDR, Business Development,



or International B2B IT Sales.

✔ Strong experience in Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, and Appointment Setting.

✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Positive understanding of IT Services, Software Development, AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud Technologies, and Digital Transformation.

✔ Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred Profile

⭐ Experience selling to customers across the US, UK, Europe, APAC, and Middle East .

⭐ Background in IT Services, AI Solutions, SaaS, or Software Development Sales.

⭐ Strong consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.

⭐ MBA (Sales/Marketing) or Sales Certifications are an added advantage.

⭐ Immediate Joiners preferred.
