We are hiring a Sales Intern to help us put more rooftops to work. SustVest is a full-stack rooftop solar company and independent power producer. We build, own, and operate solar assets for commercial and industrial clients, currently 30+ MW under management across 80+ projects in 13+ states.

Our clients include Lodha Group, Hitachi, and Mahle. We are backed by Antler, Inflection Point Ventures, WEH Ventures, Anthill, Gruhas, and MeitY. This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You will sit inside the sales function and own real pipeline work from week one.

What you will do - End-to-end ownership. You will not just execute tasks handed down to you. You will own the full sales pipeline, from first touch to closed deal.

- Full guidance and mentorship. We will not leave you on an island. Our team supports you through the entire journey, from getting you leads to helping you nurture them.
- Sit in on discovery calls, take notes, and drive follow-ups and proposals




- Keep the CRM clean so nobody loses a warm lead to bad data Qualifications and experience - Open to candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience, or strong foundational skills if you are earlier in your career
- Comfortable writing a clear, short message to a stranger and following up without being annoying
- Basic Excel or Google Sheets comfort. If you can build a simple savings model, even better
- Curious about how energy and infrastructure actually work in India
- Prior sales, BD, or campus placement cell experience is a plus, not a requirement Career path and offer structure - This is not a budget-cut internship. It is not a temporary placement or a way for us to save on headcount cost. It is a direct springboard to a full time role.
