About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in outbound sales for the US & UK markets . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Services, Software Development, UI/UX, or Digital Agencies and be passionate about generating qualified leads and building a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound prospecting.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across target accounts in the US & UK markets.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
- Conduct account research and personalize outreach campaigns.
- Manage pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Executive.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, UI/UX,



or Digital Agency sales .
- Hands-on experience in cold outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting for US/UK markets.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead/Lemlist , or similar sales tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong research, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in the 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cold calling for US/UK prospects.
- Knowledge of outbound automation tools such as Clay or n8n .
- Experience selling UI/UX Design or Software Development services.
