About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer orders, maintaining sales records, and coordinating with internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills to ensure smooth sales operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Administration.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations,



purchase orders, and sales orders accurately.
- Maintain customer records, pricing, and sales data in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track order status and proactively update customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with relevant departments.
- Maintain documentation related to sales transactions and customer communications.
- Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
