Job Title: Sales & Coordinator

Location: Saket, Delhi

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with customers and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers, the sales team, to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and o sales database.
- Track sales orders from inquiry to delivery and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Schedule meetings, prepare sales reports, and maintain sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts department regarding invoices and payment follow-ups.




- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other sales activities.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales operations as assigned.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support (freshers with solid communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
