Role Overview:

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team by coordinating customer orders, maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The role is responsible for facilitating efficient sales operations, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of sales targets through effective coordination and process management.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and customers for daily sales activities.

- Handle order processing, follow-ups, dispatch coordination, and documentation.

- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM or ERP system.

- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and track monthly/quarterly targets.

- Maintain customer records, price lists,



and product information.

- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with operations or logistics teams.

- Communicate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain strong client relationships

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid communication and coordination skills.

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under timelines.

- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

- Familiarity with ERP software is an advantage.

- Strong data entry and reporting skills.
