About the Role

Gayatri Technologies is looking for a sales-oriented Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive to manage inbound inquiries, coordinate sales activities, and support business growth through effective follow-ups and data management.

This is a sales support and coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor online business platforms to receive, screen, and respond to incoming sales inquiries on a daily basis.
- Engage with potential customers through tele-calling, follow-ups, and email communication to understand requirements and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to assign leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
- Maintain a structured lead tracking system, recording inquiry details, follow-up status, customer requirements, and conversion updates.
- Prepare and update sales MIS reports, daily call logs, and inquiry performance summaries for management review.




- Assist in quotation preparation, price coordination, documentation, and order processing support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, vendor, and inquiry databases within company systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.
- Compile sales data, customer feedback, and market information as required by the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding proposals, order status, and post-sales coordination.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination and inquiry handling.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and data management abilities.
- Languages Known: English, Hindi (Regional language will be an added advantage).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
