We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working as a back end support for sales and operations with opportunities to contribute to both client-facing and internal functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle business tenders and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) applications

- Prepare and analyze sales reports for management

- Draft quotations, product pricing, and commercial

- Follow up on collections and payment schedules

- Support the sales team with administrative and communication tasks

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively

- Prior experience in tender management (including GeM portal) or sales coordination is an advantage

- FM candidates are preferred for this role
